Girls Track and Field Finishes First Plus Full Rundown Of Last Week

This past week the Ridge View Track and Field team began their season on Wednesday competing against Strom Thurmond.  For the girls Johnaida Eliscar and LaNaya Martin went 1-2 in both the 100m and 200m, while Eliscar also won the 400m.  In the throws, the girls swept both the Shot and Discus with Elizabeth Whitmore taking 1st place in both.  Mekayla

Boys Golf Defeats Westwood

Congratulations to the Blazer Boys golf team for their first win of the season.  The Blazers defeated Westwood 221 to 229.  The Blazers were lead by Jacob Fink who shot a 46.  Lancaster won the match overall with a score of 169. The Blazers will be competing in the Magnolia Tournament at Beech Creek Golf

Boys Basketball Wins AAAA State Title

Congratulations to the Ridge View Varsity Boys Basketball Team on winning the 2018 AAAA State Championship!   The Blazers defeated Wilson on Saturday, March 3, 2018 by a score of 74-70 to win the school’s first ever state championship in boys basketball.  This is also the first Boys basketball state championship in Richland 2 history! Ridge View Girls Soccer Moves to 2-0 With Win Over Edisto

On Thursday night, the Ridge View Girls Varsity soccer team got the win against Edisto High by a score of 3 to 0. Lacey Mueller, Alani Boyd, and Mickaylia Stewart each had a goal to clinch the win. The Blazers will look to stay undefeated this Wednesday against Pelion High at Pelion.
